What can your store screens show between promotions?
Store owners using DRMN Ads can introduce everyday services between promotions. With a target loop duration configured, regular campaigns are arranged first; filler is added when the remaining time can accommodate it. Keep time-sensitive offers in regular campaigns, and use filler for supplementary brand and service information.

What is worth showing beyond your latest offer?
A café might be promoting a new drink this week. First-time customers may also want to know about its coffee beans, takeaway service or advance orders for pastry boxes. These details do not need a new design for every promotion. Prepare current, reusable content and let it play when the scheduling conditions allow. These are planning examples, not customer case studies. Update the content when prices, services or availability change.
| Store situation | Possible everyday content |
|---|---|
| A café launches a new drink | Coffee bean information, takeaway service, pastry orders |
| A lifestyle store promotes new arrivals | Brand stories, product care, gift wrapping |
| A salon promotes a seasonal package | Booking information, regular services, home-care tips |
Can filler displace your main promotion?
Regular campaigns are arranged first. Filler uses the remaining playback time when it fits. Treat it as supplementary information, rather than a guarantee that a particular offer will appear. Filler may be skipped if regular content fills the loop or the next filler item or playlist cannot fit. A priority notice takes precedence over both. Keep time-sensitive promotions in regular campaigns. Brand and service information are possible filler choices.
What should you prepare before using filler?
- Arrange the dates, times and target locations for your main promotion.
- Prepare current brand, product or service media as a separate filler campaign.
- Review the loop duration, media timing and target screens before confirming publication.
What to check first
Configure a target loop duration to combine regular and filler content in the same loop. Screens must connect, sync and download required media before updates apply. Filler playback depends on applicable campaigns and the available time. Filler is an advanced DRMN Ads scheduling feature.
Common questions
Will filler appear in every loop?
Not necessarily. With a target loop duration, the next filler item or playlist still needs to fit. Without a target duration, regular and filler campaigns are not combined this way: eligible filler plays only when there are no eligible regular campaigns. Priority notices take precedence.
Should an important offer be filler?
Use a regular campaign when it is a main promotion for that period. Filler may not appear if there is insufficient room.
Can everyday content stay unchanged indefinitely?
Review it regularly. Discontinued products, price changes and service updates still require updated artwork.
